Exotic Hardwood Floor Installation

Freddy and his family crew did an outstanding job removing old flooring, and installing and staining new red oak floors throughout our first level and staircase to the second level. The Dorrance team could not have been more prompt, professional and clean, treating our home like it was their own. And they went the extra mile to insure furniture being moved back did not damage the new floors. All at a reasonable price. Will be using them again as we convert floors in bedrooms to hard wood.

Dorrance re-fishsed our 13 year old white oak floors. They came out better than when they were new. The team was incredibly professional and the job was done on time.

Freddie Dorrance came with such high recommendations in our neighborhood that I didn’t even seek other estimates. He lived up to his reputation! Spectacular workmanship. He’s coming back in April for a second job. Plus, he’s a genuinely good guy

Amazing work and people. Great communication and pricing, too. Pleasure to work with!

I cannot say enough good things about Dorrance Flooring and each of its employees. Thank you Freddie, Ed, Freddie IV, Jeff and Jerry. Highly Recommend!

We had our 60+ year old heart pine floors refinished with Dorrance and I am really happy with results. Our floors were in really bad condition and they look incredible now. Not only were they one of the more affordable quotes, but also, as a family business, they were the only flooring contractor to guarantee not to sub out our project. They even moved my piano free of charge, saving me $ in moving costs. Freddie was timely and responsive in all our communications. The Dorrance crew was respectful of our home and cleaned up nicely when they finished work.

Highly recommend Freddie and team. Their work is very detail oriented and thorough which we were seeking as we had existing floors refinished to match a new room.

Freddie Dorrance and Dorrance Hardwood floors are the best in the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have hardwood floors done in their house. Pricing was very reasonable but above all, the quality of work is second to none. I will definitely be using Dorrance Hardwood Floors for any future projects.

I just had Dorrance Flooring rip out the old flooring on the main floor of my house and install hardwood floors. The team was great. Took 3.5 days. They addressed and little concern we had. Looks great.

We had a great experience with Dorrance Floors from start to finish. From the moment we met to discuss the job, we knew this was a company we wanted to work with. They completely gutted the existing flooring and installed new hardwood floors with custom staining, and the results exceeded our expectations. Freddie and his crew were incredibly professional, detail-oriented, and committed to getting everything just right. When the initial stain wasn’t quite what we envisioned, Freddie immediately recognized it and worked to make sure the final result matched our vision perfectly. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Highly recommend—an excellent local company with high standards and integrity.

The Dorrance team did a wonderful job with our old worn out wood floors. When I came back after the project was done and saw my gorgeous new floors I could not have been happier. They are definitely the best company in the area for this kind of work--thanks again, Freddie!

We are super happy with our new floors. Dorrance Floors did an excellent job on our entryway flooring. They were easy to work with and got the job done quickly. They are a small family owned business, so we dealt directly with the owners. I highly recommend this business.

We recently had our oak wood floors partially replaced and refinished due to significant water damage. Upon obtaining multiple quotes, we settled upon Dorrance Floors. The price was reasonable, but most importantly, we were impressed by the owner, Freddy, who personally oversaw the entire project and explained everything in advance. Dorrance did a great, high quality job installing new flooring and refinishing old floors that required replacement in some areas. Great crew and a very professional family run business that does all their own work (no sub-contractors) with pride and to high standards. We enjoyed working with them and would gladly do business with them again in the future.
