Freddy and his family crew did an outstanding job removing old flooring, and installing and staining new red oak floors throughout our first level and staircase to the second level. The Dorrance team could not have been more prompt, professional and clean, treating our home like it was their own. And they went the extra mile to insure furniture being moved back did not damage the new floors. All at a reasonable price. Will be using them again as we convert floors in bedrooms to hard wood.

Dorrance re-fishsed our 13 year old white oak floors. They came out better than when they were new. The team was incredibly professional and the job was done on time.

We had our 60+ year old heart pine floors refinished with Dorrance and I am really happy with results. Our floors were in really bad condition and they look incredible now. Not only were they one of the more affordable quotes, but also, as a family business, they were the only flooring contractor to guarantee not to sub out our project. They even moved my piano free of charge, saving me $ in moving costs. Freddie was timely and responsive in all our communications.
