Sanding – Custom Staining
For your custom job we offer on site sanding of existing or newly installed floors. Using only quality stains and finishes to achieve the ultimate custom look. Prefinished floors that have worn to bare wood, can be resurfaced to look new again.
Hardwood Floor Installation
We install all major brands of pre-finished flooring. Unfinished Installations require on site sanding. This type of installation gives you the choice of a natural finish or a custom stain. We can install hardwood flooring on, above or below grade.

Recoating Hardwood Floors
Even with proper maintenance over time, eventually your hardwood floor may become dull or worn looking. It may be time for a recoating of your hardwood floor. On the average your hardwood flooring will need to be recoated in 5-10 years from the installation.
In most cases a recoating is a one day procedure and you can be walking on your hardwood floors in six hours.
Custom Stair Overlays
We can install oak or exotic hardwood overlays over your existing plywood stair units, giving the appearance of solid hardwood stair unit when complete.
You have two choices for the risers; a wood overlay to match the treads or we can install a birch veneer to the risers so that they can be painted to your color choice.
